CANCELLATION POLICY:
Appointments are charged at the point of purchase. If you cancel a session we do not offer a refund. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of booking, your credit will remain and you can move your session date/time. If it is less than 24 hours the full fee is lost. All sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for you. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, it is not possible to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else.
